Cancellation Policy If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, the conference registration office must receive a written request by June 30, 2008 to receive a refund. There will be a $150.00 cancellation fee for exhibitors and a $100.00 cancellation fee for attendees. No refunds will be given after June 30, 2008. Please fax your cancellation notice to (410) 715 2595. Substitution Policy Attendee substitutions may be at anytime before August 1, 2008 by fax to (410)715-2595. Registration Policy If registering online or by mail, personal checks/money orders may be accepted until July 25, 2008. Full payments must be made within 10 business days of registration date. Please note in order to receive the registration price you registered for YOU must submit all monies within that registration time period. Any monies recieved after that registration time period will not be accepted and your fee will be in accordance with that of the current registration fee.
