Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, the conference registration office must receive a written request by May 9, 2008 to receive a refund. There will be a $150.00 cancellation fee for exhibitors and a $100.00 cancellation fee for attendees. No refunds will be given after May 9, 2008. Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions may be at anytime before June 6, 2008 by fax.

Please note in order to receive the registration price you registered for YOU must submit all monies within that registration time period. Any monies recieved after that registration time period will not be accepted and your fee will be in accordance with that of the current registration fee.
