The Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Leadership Summit will enhance leadership knowledge and skills to advance the ATO in being a performance-based organization that excels to deliver customer needs and meets owner expectations. Activities include sessions that educate and prepare managers to use tools and apply strategies that are relevant to their day-today operations in areas of Implementing Strategy. Cost Management, Labor Management Relations, Safety and Leadership. These sessions will also create a learning and action experience to prepare mangers to lead and influence others to work successfully in a performance based organization. |
